In my quest to find the best online brokerage I have stumbled across another discount broker that has very low commissions. eOption.com offers stock trades for $3 and options orders for $3 plus 10 cents per contract. That is on both market and limit orders. These is not an eOption promo. This is the everyday commission. They also offer other features such as margin accounts, mutual fund trading, check writing, etc.
Another great feature of eOption is that there are no minimum balances, maintenance fees or hidden costs. If you aren’t a regular trader this is important since some brokerages charge you when your account is invactive for more than 30 days.
I am trading more and more options lately and commissions are factor to think about when determining your return. eOptions option commission is the lowest I have seen so far. I am definetly going to try them out and will share my experiences in a later post.
eOption is a division of Regal Securities, Inc. which is located in Glenview Il, just outside of Chicago. Regal Securities has been around for over 30 years and eOption is their entry into the discount broker market.
Currently there are no eOption promotions going on but as soon as I hear about one of find an eOption bonus it will be posted here so keep checking back.
NOTE: For posts that contain bonuses, be sure to read the post for bonus expiration dates. Links may work but the bonus may have expired.
